Sennheiser’s app seems to be having issues with the connection

The equalizer found in the app is the most appreciated feature, by quite a lot. Letting users customize the music they are listening to is a quite easy way to empower them, and by doing so leaving a stronger positive association. However, a major issue is the connection. Several other topics with lower grades are associated with connectivity as well, such as “adding devices”. Sennheiser should give some attention to this issue, and perhaps consider how important connection is. Otherwise, there’s a risk that customers will try alternatives that work better.
