With the goal to simplify the daily life of all Nepalese, the IME Pay app can be used for easy digital payments. But when we analyzed user reviews from Google Play, we found out that app users are having technical problems with registration and login.

What do we base our findings on?

Some of the users who talk about registration mention that they got the message “you cannot register multiple numbers from single device”. This seems to be a recurring issue since the topic “number” and “multiple” occur frequently together with “register”. The topic “register” has a low average grade of 1,47 but it has been talked about less frequently since 2017.

“Login” is often mentioned together with “account” and it looks like both topics have a negative impact on the grade. Some reviewers are upset because they are not able to log in, making it impossible for them to reach the money on their account.

To be able to offer their users easier digital payments, the app makers should make sure that the basic things, such as registration and login, works properly.
