Display2go review analysis show declining grades

While Displays2go’s customers appreciate the products and customer service, it seems that this appreciation is declining. Mainly when it comes to customer service and delivery where we can see a decline in multiple associated topics since 2018.

Here are 4 things we found out!

Delivery occurs in 35% of the reviews and is often mentioned along with topics like “order” “the price” and “packaging”.
“Order”, “the price” and “packaging” are all topics that occur in 31%, 17% and 13% of the reviews respectively.
All these topics have one thing in common besides being mentioned together. The sentiment regarding all of them has been declining since 2018.
“Customer service” occurs in around 16% of reviews and is also mentioned along with “delivery”. But like the previous topics, the sentiment towards customer service is also declining.

While some of these topics are graded highly, there is a trend among all of them that the sentiment is declining. This analysis included 16 828 reviews, most of which appreciated the products and service of the Display2go.
