What does this mean for Apposta?

Based on our quick analysis, it appears that customers are satisfied with the customer service offered by Apposta as well as the quality of the shirts.

The company wants to offer the perfect shirt, with the perfect fit. However, it seems that their customers find it hard to do the measurements correctly at home. And if the measurements are not correct, the shirt will not fit. Apposta already has guides on how to take the measurement on the body but there might be other ways to make this process easier.
