HP’s monitors are sold worldwide, and we wanted to see what we could learn about the attributes of their monitors and how they are being received by consumers. We took 1 647 reviews from Amazon about HP 23.8-inch IPS monitor and ran them through Gavagai explorer. Here is what we learned!

The topic “easy” does not say much by itself in this regard and has an average grade of 4,70 / 5. But upon further studies, we can see why it is the highest-rated topic in this analysis. The topic occurs frequently in the topics “set up” and “adjustable”.
The topic “sound” indicates that the built-in speakers are not received well by customers. The strongest related topic since 2017 has been the topic “terrible” with a 55% relative occurrence tracked over time.

What can we tell from this?
