Analysis of 10 000 Buffer app reviews shows connection issues with Instagram

Buffer is a software company based in the USA. They offer an application for managing social network accounts, such as Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. We analyzed 10 000 reviews about this app and saw that users seem to be having problems using the app together with Instagram.

Why do we say this?

The topic  “Instagram” is mentioned in 11% of the reviews. It is most commonly mentioned along with words such as “app” and “post”. The sentiment around the topic has fallen with more than 50% since 2015.
Another negative topic is “connect” which occurs seldom, but its mention correlates to a decrease in grade by 35%. The topic is also strongly correlated with the topic of “Instagram”.
